Physical education lesson with Otylia Jedrzejczak in Błonie

Nearly 400 girls took part in an unusual lesson with female sports champions in Błonie

The event in Błonie is yet another meeting in the 'Champions in Schools' series, which is gaining in popularity and is being implemented in various cities in Poland. The HMS brand is proud to support this unique event, which has a real impact on the lives of young women, inspiring them to be active and believe in themselves.

In Błonie, nearly 400 young girls participated in an inspiring physical education lesson led by outstanding sportswomen, including the legendary Otylia Jędrzejczak. This meeting, organised by the Otylia Jędrzejczak Foundation, was aimed not only at promoting physical activity, but above all at boosting the self-esteem of teenage girls and encouraging them to adopt a healthy, active lifestyle.

Otylia Jedrzejczak pointed out that Polish girls have one of the lowest self-esteem in Europe, which often manifests itself in self-loathing and low motivation to take action. "We want teenage girls to believe in their self-worth and feel beautiful and strong. Sport and physical activity are not only a great way to be healthy, but also to build self-confidence and a positive self-image," the champion emphasised.

During the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to take part in movement exercises led by specialists and motivational workshops to support their personal and physical development. The young girls were also able to talk to sports champions who shared their stories and tips on how to cope with the challenges of adolescence.

The 'Champions in Schools' project is an initiative of the Otylia Jedrzejczak Foundation, supported by partners such as HMS Fitness and the Bella brand, to inspire girls to be active, look after their mental and physical health and build positive self-esteem.
