Thank you for 2025! Merry Christmas and a strong entry into 2026

We end 2025 with a definite feeling: it was a good workout. Full of challenges, small victories and those moments when you think "I won't be able to do it", but then still add one more repetition.

 

Thank you for being with us - in gyms, at home, on mats, treadmills, pitches and all the places where movement begins. For every sign, opinion, message and trust in the HMS brand. You are the ones driving the sporting vibe.

For Christmas we wish you:

  • peace and rest (yes, recovery is also training),
  • time with your loved ones,
  • health, which is always on the podium,
  • and energy that comes back faster than the soreness after a good plan.

 

And for 2026...
