How to choose the weight

Beginners: ankle weights 0.5 kg / wrist weights 1 kg for learning technique and long sessions.

Intermediate: ankle weights 1 kg, 1.5 kg or 2 kg for walking, treadmill and general training.

Advanced and short series: ankle we ights 3 kg or leg weights 5 kg; for arms we recommend arm weights 5 kg for strength training.

Always wear equally on both sides and increase the weight gradually.
