Arm and leg weights

HMS ankle and wrist weights are an easy way to get a more intense workout for strength training, fitness and running. You'll find leg weights, leg weights, leg weights and arm weights for home and club workouts. Choose weights: 0.5kg, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg - individually or in pairs.

  • Advanced and short series: ankle we ights 3 kg or leg weights 5 kg; for arms we recommend arm weights 5 kg for strength training.

  • Always wear equally on both sides and increase the weight gradually.

  • Shoulder and arm strengthening: wrist weights / arm weights.
