ABX02 HMS – arm trainer. Arm blaster is a device which ensures a perfect bend of forearms when we support the arms during weight training. This is how we maximise the efficiency of our workout.
ABX02 enables proper isolation of the biceps, which allows us to avoid ineffective training and muscle stagnation. Such situation is very common when exercising forearms – we rely on support from other muscle sections (swinging, using shoulders, etc.) and do not force our biceps to sufficient physical exertion.
An additional benefit of this tool is stabilisation of the torso and reduced risk of injuries resulting from technical flaws.
The device comes with adjustable tape that enables free adjustment to the user’s height.
