The GOL320 HMS is a barbell designed for squats and lunges.
It allows you to maintain proper posture during exercise and perform a fuller, deeper movement. What is its secret? Its shape and additional handles at the front. This shifts the user's centre of gravity slightly forward and downward, making it easier to maintain balance. As a result, it is easier to perform a full range of motion during squats while maintaining proper posture.
Special pads reduce pressure on the neck and shoulders, and thanks to the non-slip handles, you don't have to worry about the bar slipping out of your hands during training. The maximum load of 320 kg makes the GOL320 suitable for use by even the most advanced athletes.
