GOP 220cm HMS is a simple Olympic bar for spring clips. To ensure firm and comfortable grip its handle part is precisely knurled. The set comprises two spring clips. Such clips ensure stable position of the load on the bar while performing exercises. The device is ideal for strengthening upper body muscles, bench trainings and lifting. The Olympic curl bar has been designed for weights with a 50 mm diameter hole. Safety of a workout is ensured by special bushings. Diameter of the bar, which is 30 millimeters, provides great strength and comfort of exercises. Bar chrome plating process is a guarantee of maintaining its appearance for a very long period of use, and it also provides the best protection from rust.
