How does the HHW01 work?
The way the HHW01 works is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached load. As you make circular movements with your hips the centrifugal force begins to act; it moves the load around the circle making the abdominal muscles and torso tensed.
Note: the clamp should be tightly closed before use.
Workout and massage in one:
By performing the 360-degree movement springs in the heads situated around the perimeter of the loop perfectly cushion the loads and adapt to the body, which causes an additional massage effect providing the body with a pleasant feeling.
Wide range of adjustment of the device:
HHW01 comprises 24 elements totally. The size can be set from 14 to 24 elements, that is, waist circumference from 48cm to 106.5cm (loop diameter: 26cm to 45cm). Consequently, the device will never fall off during training, so even beginners can use it.
Belt adjustment with load :
Another advantage is the ability to change the length of the load belt. It ranges from 22cm to 38cm. The longer the belt is, the greater the centrifugal force during a workout and hence, greater weight and higher difficulty of rotations.
Comfort of use:
The device has a structure made of high-quality PVC. The rail is set on ball bearings made of the stainless steel. All of these together make the rotation flexible and uninterrupted which further enhances the satisfaction during a workout. In addition, the load is covered with a soft rubber increasing safety for a user and others.
Easy installation:
The loop is opened with magnet clips. Then, in order to connect the subsequent elements you need to slide one element into the other so that the tabs go into the corresponding holes. When reducing the elements, grab an element with one hand and squeeze in such a way as to slide the tabs out of the holes. Then insert the rail with the load into the loop, close the clips on the magnet, adjust the length of the belt and that's it.
Convenient transportation:
Due to the ability to easily disassemble all components the device easily fits into a backpack or a gym bag.
