How does the HHW09 work?
It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached load. As you make circular movements with your hips the centrifugal force begins to act; it moves the load around the circle making the abdominal muscles and torso tensed.
Note: the clamp should be tightly closed before use.
Workout and massage in one:
When performing the 360-degree movement the heads with tabs situated around the perimeter of the loop adapt to the body, which causes an additional massage effect providing the body with a pleasant feeling.
Wide range of adjustment of the device:
HHW09 comprises 16 elements. The size can be set from 14 to 16 elements, that is, waist circumference from 76cm to 91cm (loop diameter: 34.5cm to 39cm). Consequently, the device will never fall off during a workout, so even beginners can use it.
Belt adjustment with load :
Another advantage is the ability to change the length of the load belt. It ranges from 22cm to 38cm. The longer the belt is, the greater the centrifugal force during a workout and hence, greater weight and higher difficulty of rotations.

The device has a structure made of high-quality PVC. The rail is set on ball bearings made of the stainless steel. All of these together make the rotation flexible and uninterrupted which further enhances the satisfaction during a workout.
Easy installation:
Installation takes place due to clips. Just press the clip to pull out or insert the extra piece. Then you need to insert the rail with the load into the loop, adjust the length of the belt and you're done. It is important not to pull out the element where the sensor responsible for providing data is located.

HHW09 is equipped with an LCD display that shows the number of repetitions (rotations) during the workout.
This makes that monitoring your achievements during workouts is much easier.
