Meeting our training goals depends to the large extent on the heart rate we are able to keep. Irrespective of the sport you play, it is important to control this rate. Due to the PT002 HMS telemetry belt it is possible to monitor the heart rate and thus, to make a workout more effective. The measurement is taken directly at the chest, making it much more accurate compared to mobile devices or sensors inbuilt into the fitness equipment. The length of the belt can be adjusted so everyone can fit it to the body without any problems.
