PU05 HMS allows you to perform traditional push-ups (with narrow or wide hands spacing) as well as push-ups transverse to the body and standing on the arms. At the same time, the shape of our PU05 provides a natural hands and wrists position during the exercise.
Grip and bottom parts of PU05 HMS are covered with anti-slip material, that prevents from losing control over the exercise. As a result, training is more comfortable and safe. In addition, the grip part is specially profiled so that it fits perfectly in every hand and ensures firm grip.
