SW8902N HMS spin bike is specially designed for Indoor Cycling. It is a very simple and effective form of aerobic training, reducing the possibility of injury to a minimum and optimizing our efforts to gain a slim silhouette. During the one hour workout you can burn up to 1000 calories, what is really amazing result considering the pleasure and ease of the training!

Regular workouts have a very a great influence on the weight loss process, not only because of the calories burned during, but also thanks to increased metabolism due to the large dose of movement. The age or physical fitness does not matter because training is not complicated at all. Cycling does not involve as much of the joints as for example running or aerobics and because of that it is suitable for people who are overweight or suffer with joint problems.

The SW8902N HMS is a spinning bike with the ability to connect your Android or iOS mobile device. Simply download the free iConsole+training app to your smartphone for access to an interactive information and entertainment centre.

MECHANICAL RESISTANCE

The model is equipped with a mechanical brake. This function is performed by a special element that pushes against the flywheel, thus slowing it down. The user feels more resistance and therefore has to apply additional force to accelerate the wheel to a specific speed.
The pressure of the element on the flywheel is adjusted by means of a dial.

BOTTLE HOLDER

Thanks to the bottle or bidon holder, hydrating during training is convenient.
