UW13 HMS is a bar intended for high or low pulley training. It can be used for a wide range of exercise of various muscle sections in the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as the biceps and triceps groups, through anterior and posterior deltoid muscles, to lats and spinal erector.
The bar length and spacing of handpieces enable exercise on a narrow and wide grip. This results in an effective training. The handpieces are set at an angle. Thanks to it, during each exercise they engage muscle insertions alternative to the workout with straight grip. Rubberised handpiece ensures a secure, comfortable grip preventing the tool from slipping out of our hands. The grip is made of steel to provide for training with big loads.
