UW15 BAR HOOK FOR LIFT HMS
The UW15 HMS is a hooked barbell designed for upper and lower body lift training. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as biceps and triceps, through the front and side acton of shoulder muscles, up to the back widest muscles and back extensor.
It is made of high quality steel, giving you the ability to train with a significant load. Its length and the spacing of the rubberised handles guarantee a wide range of grip options - from very narrow to very wide. In this way, the handle will enable muscles to be developed at different lengths of their attachments with each exercise. The handles are angled at their widest points, which helps to draw the elbows towards the torso during the pull-up bar exercise on the overhead hoist, thus maintaining a better exercise technique. During the workout, the grip allows alternative muscle attachments to be engaged compared to straight grip exercises. This is facilitated by the extreme handles, positioned in a neutral grip. In addition, they are rubberised, which ensures a secure and comfortable grip without worrying about the equipment slipping out of your hands.
