UW16 HMS is a rotating bar intended for high or low pulley training. It can be used for a wide range of exercise of various muscle sections in the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as the biceps an triceps groups, through anterior and posterior deltoid muscles, to lats and spinal erector.
Its length enables many hold options – from a very narrow grip to a very wide one. In consequence, the bar ensures development of muscles on various lengths of their insertions during the workout. Extreme handpieces are set to provide for a neutral grip, which allows us to engage alternative muscle insertions in our exercise. The grip is made of top quality steel to provide for workout with big load. Additionally, a rough handpiece prevents the equipment from slipping out of our hands. At the same time, it requires from us a stronger grip, which helps us to develop forearm muscles as well.
