UWN070 HMS is a special plate intended to be attached to the CYKLOP 2 Smith machine together with rails. It is an additionalnt.

The plate is mounted to the bar. Thanks to plate it is possible to press the bar by legs upwards when lying on the mat. The assembly process is very simple and the additional accessories guarantee the safety. Thanks to the position of the body during the workout, not only the quadriceps but also the gluteal muscle is involved. In case of this exercise, during the movement of the buttock it stretches strongly, which affects the effectiveness. The larger the range of movement and the stronger the muscle stretch, the better the training results.
