FSBM PRO2 SET is a massage set. It includes a double roller, a single massage ball and a double massage ball.
The balls are intended to release excessively tense muscle and fascial points. They are very easy to use. All you have to do is to put a ball on a hard surface such as a wall or the floor, so as to stabilize its movement, and then apply pressure to selected points on the body. Due to the massage balls one can reach even the most inaccessible parts of the muscles. Their effectiveness is an effect of their small size. It provides precise pressure on trigger points i.e. the source of pain.
The rollers, on the other hand, included in the kit are ideal devices for self-massage. A short rolling session helps to relax the whole body and specifically the fascia, which, as a result of overextension lose its flexibility (it sticks to the muscles) and consequently the blood flow becomes limited. The roller enables you to relieve muscle tension, to eliminate acidity, improve flexibility and circulation in a massaged area.
