HBR10 HMS is a hip band offering adjustable length and thus, the size. Adjustable length enables a user to fit the band to a particular workout and the height of the exercising person. Basic goal of the hip bands is to develop glutes and the whole group of thigh muscles. They can be used as individual equipment and using them one can do a full workout addressed to the lower muscle groups.
