The KLT22 folding power rack from HMS has been designed to hit current market trends and meet the expectations of the most demanding customers. The cage in this variant is sold with additional equipment. In addition to a pull-up bar, barbell hooks and safety supports, you will find a folding flat bench, a handrail for dips, a wall-mounted weight rack and a bars holder. Such a set will expand your training range and provide new storage options for your equipment.
Multifunctional training in a small space
The KLT22 training cage is fixed to the wall, which ensures its stability and safety. You can easily fold it up when not in use, so it doesn't take up much space. This is a huge advantage of this equipment as it can be used by people with limited training space. When folded at its deepest point, the cage only takes up 31 cm from the wall! The KLT22 from HMS is a sturdy design with which you can perform a wide range of exercises.
Pull-up bar and barbell hooks
The cage has a multifunctional pull-up bar that allows you to develop your back, shoulder and chest muscles thanks to the different grip options. Pull-ups are one of the best exercises for the upper body, as they engage multiple muscle groups and improve joint mobility. To simplify this exercise, simply use special resistance bands. On the KLT22 you will also find two hooks for the barbell, which you can mount at any height.
Safety supports
The KLT22 also features special supports that you can attach to the frame of the cage to ensure maximum safety when training with heavy weights. The supports can be attached at any height and used when performing exercises such as bench presses or barbell squats without worrying about dropping the weight. With the supports on the KLT22, you can push the limits of your own strength.
Folding flat bench
Included with the cage, you will also receive a folding bench that allows you to perform exercises with barbells, elastic bands or dumbbells. The bench is comfortable and sturdy, and you can fold it parallel to the wall when you are done exercising. On the bench you can perform exercises such as barbell or dumbbell chest presses, lying leg raises, dumbbell rowing, etc. The bench allows you to train with an emphasis on the stabilising and core muscles.
Handrail for dips
Another addition on the KLT22 is a handrail for dips, which attaches to the frame of the gate. Dips are an effective exercise for the triceps, shoulder and chest muscles. The handrail has comfortable handles and is easy to install and remove. You can mount it at different heights, thus adapting it to your height. The dip railing is easy to maintain and has a long service life. You will also receive a dedicated wall bracket to hang your handrail on.
Weight rack
With the KLT22 set, you will put the weights on a special rack that attaches to the wall. This will save floor space and give you easy access to the plates. The rack has 6 handles to accommodate plates of different diameters and thicknesses. Each holder has a rubber cover to protect the plates from scratches and noise. Its maximum load capacity is 1,000 kg, which means you can store even the heaviest plates on it.
Bar holder
The final component of the set is a wall-mounted holder on which you can hang two griffins. Griffins are essential accessories for weight training to strengthen the muscles of the entire body. The holder allows you to keep the griffins tidy and off the floor. You can use the griffons to perform exercises such as deadlifts, squats, press-ups, deadlifts, pull-ups, etc.
Please note: The height of the cage when folded is 276 cm. If you want to use the folding function and your room is too low, we will shorten it by the required length at your request free of charge.
