L1110 HMS is an incline bench. Its main goal is to enable doing so-called sit-ups.

Functionality
The basic exercise on the L1110 bench is a sit-up, but it also enables a user to perform other exercises such as forward position arm flexions i.e. so-called push-ups. Two pairs of supports allow you to perform this exercise in a more or less advanced version.

Modern carbon pattern upholstery is resistant to the moisture and the sweat; it prevents the body from slipping during a workout. Inclination level adjustment makes you can easily adjust difficulty of an exercise to your needs. The higher the incline the more advanced the exercise is. The bench comes with resistance bands which are easily and quickly hooked in a specially designed place. The bands enrich your workout and provide a large range of possible exercises.
