MGN02 HMS PREMIUM is 100% magnesium carbonate or, in other words, magnesia.
Magnesia prevents hands from sweating and increases friction, assuring a stronger and more secure grip. Used in the gym, where sweaty hands can cause a risk of an injury. Thanks to it, when using dumbbells or a barbell we do not have to worry about possible slippery equipment.
