MPS16 mat is a mat designed for fitness equipment. It effectively protects floors against damages. Additionally it absorbs noises during a workout. It also reduces vibrations caused by exercises. However, it is not a floor for lifting weights. Thickness equal 0.6 cm is ideal for fitness equipment such as a bikes, cross-trainers, treadmills or rowing machines. Thanks to its anti-slip properties it can be used on any surface.
