PU12 by HMS is an innovative and multi-functional board designed to perform forward position arm bends, so-called push-ups.
Due to the board it is possible to train almost the entire upper body. It takes place due to change of the angle of the handles. Each such a change enables a user to engage another muscle group, or the same muscle but is works slightly differently. Hence, the development is more comprehensive. The board enables to work on the muscles of the chest, triceps, shoulders and the back. Each muscle group is marked with a different color on the board and the color is described. Therefore, change of the setting is quick and easy.
From the bottom the product is equipped with special rubber stickers that prevent slipping. Material applied on the handles also ensures a firm grip during a workout.
The PU12 is a great tool for both beginners and advanced athletes. Its additional advantage is that it does not require much space, mainly due to the fact that it is foldable.
