The set includes two short bars, a long screw in bar, a curl bar and a medium bar that is formed by combining two short bars, eight collars and 20 weight plates totally. All of these in a comfortable suitcase. Total weight of the set is 55 kg, so for easier transport the suitcase is equipped with castors.
