F1044 HMS are bands for occlusion training.
The training restricts the blood supply to the muscles and stimulates hypoxia that is oxygen deficiency. Hence, it can lead to muscle hypertrophy by a very small load only. However, we must remember that a workout with a band cannot exceed 5 continuous minutes.
The occlusion training is frequently applied for needs of a rehabilitation since it is non-invasive for the joints thanks to the small loads.
F1044 have a comfortable buckle so it is easy to use them without assistance of another person. Numbers placed along the band facilitate symmetrical arrangement of the bands on arms or legs. They are packed in a handy bag, thanks to which we can easily take them with us to a gym and avoid losing them.
