LSS01 SISSY SQUAT BENCH HMS

LSS01 HMS is a multi functional product. Its general purpose is enabling so-called sissy squats. This exercise engages primarily the quadriceps muscles of the thigh but also many related muscles. When doing this exercise, all the muscles of the lower limbs are engaged and it is also necessary to strongly tense the abdominal muscles. It is also a great work for the hip flexors.

LSS01 is a bench made of the highest quality materials; it is very stable and strong. Both the calf support and the tibia locking rollers are made of a soft sponge. To assure maximum safety the base is a non-slip one.

Functionality

Due to additional hand bars it enables deep push-ups and dips. Transport castors combined with a special handle make it easy to place the bench in a convenient place. Adjustable support height makes one can adjust the equipment to a user's height.

Intended use

LSS01 bench allows you to perform a full squat with maximum bending of the knees. Hence, the quadriceps muscle is deeply engaged. During the standing up phase almost all the weight is precisely on the quadriceps, or more precisely, on the lower part of it. This makes a user can develop legs muscles and to shape them to a significant extent. The exercise comes in two versions. The first, easier one, when bending the legs to bring the glutes as close as possible to the bench cushion. The second one is much more difficult. We perform the flexion in the knees only while in the hip joint flexion does not occur; we try to bring the shoulders as close as possible to the ground, the so-called Matrix.
