Multi-functional stand PWS08
PWS08 Multi-functional stand is a multi-functional training stand manufactured by HMS. The stand is equipped with a barbell holder and belaying hooks. Hence, one can safely and independently perform strength training with additional weight , while the bar and handrails can be used to train calisthenics , that is exercise with own body weight. The handrails can also be used when exercising with a weight bench. Rails, barbell holders and belay hooks are adjustable in terms of the height.
The whole kit is made of steel, making it durable and strong, and the large width of the base enables dynamic training with heavy loads. The maximum load of the rail up to 200 kg.

Easy-to-use 14-position height adjustment system for handles, handrails, and hooks makes one can completely customize the stand to his/her needs.

Weight holders
The stand is equipped with additional hooks for storing weights and a holder for a bar. They make it easier to maintain the order in the gym, reduce space occupied by the equipment and facilitate changing the load of the barbell.
Handrails and bar
PWS08 has exceptionally well thought out double handrails. Dual handrails enable adjusting width of hand placement so one can train more muscle groups. The curl bar enables training with 4 different grips.
Safety and comfort
Home gym floors are often covered with panels or tiles. For this reason the PWS08 comes with four large rubber pads to ensure stability and safety. All protruding screws are fitted with plugs.
Simple assembly
The whole kit comes in two packages containing everything needed for assembly (wrench, screws, caps and plugs) along with clear instructions in Polish. Time required for assembly for one person equals approx. 15 minutes.
Exercises
Using the stand one can perform exercises engaging almost all major muscle groups:
Chest - wide grip dips
Abdominal - hanging leg raises, oblique leg raises, knee raises.
Triceps - dips with a narrow grip.
Shoulders - overhead press, Arnold Press.
Back - rowing with a barbell, pull-ups on a bar with a wide grip.
Biceps - pull-ups on a bar with a narrow grip.
Legs - squat with a barbell, unsymmetrical barbell squat (lunge), toe climbs.
