How does the HHW06 work?
The operation of the HHW06 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). As you make circular movements with your hips, centrifugal force starts to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting your abdominal muscles and torso under tension.
