Magnetic 360° massage
The HHM16 magnetic hula-hoop is an excellent solution to help you fight unnecessary kilos, located in the abdominal area, hips and buttocks. The magnets, which are attached to the inner rim of the wheel, are negatively polarised. This arrangement has a stimulating effect on the metabolism. The magnets are perfectly matched in terms of power.
To further enhance the action of the HHM16, there are as many as two magnets in each element of the wheel, doubling the power of the massage!
The operation of the HHM16 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). As you make circular motions with your hips, centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting the abdominal muscles and torso under tension.
USB-charged digital display
The HHM16 is equipped with an improved counter. Thanks to the use of digital technology, it is possible to accurately measure workout parameters such as the number of calories burned, running time or number of repetitions. For the sake of the environment, we have moved away from alkaline battery power in the HHM16 and started to use a rechargeable battery charged via USB type C.

Through the 360-degree movement performed, the springs in the heads located around the perimeter of the loop perfectly cushion the strain and adapt to the body, resulting in an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant sensation. Simple and quick perimeter adjustment
Quickly and conveniently reduce or increase the size of the wheel, simply unplug or plug in as many elements as you need. The HHM16 has a total of 16 elements. The size can be adjusted from 10 to 16 elements, i.e. waist circumference from 59 cm to 113 cm (loop diameter: 28 cm to 45 cm).
The assembly is done with clips. Simply push in the clip to pull out or insert the additional element. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop, adjust the length of the strap and you are done. It is important not to pull out the element that houses the sensor responsible for providing data.
Training intensity adjustment
As an added bonus, the length range of the gravity ball strap can be varied to adjust the intensity and difficulty level of the workout - the longer the strap, the more strength you need to put into the workout. Adjustable from 20 cm to 38 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during the exercise, i.e. more weight and a higher level of difficulty to perform the rotations.
