How does HHW01 work?
The operation of HHW01 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). As you make circular movements with your hips, a centrifugal force starts to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting your abdominal muscles and torso under tension.

The loop is opened with magnet clips. Then, to connect the subsequent elements, slide one element into the other so that the tabs go into the corresponding holes. When reducing the elements, grasp the corresponding element with one hand and squeeze in such a way that the tabs slide out of the holes. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop, close the magnet clips, adjust the length of the strap and you are done.
